Terms and Conditions

  1. If you wish to cancel after any delivery, please email hello@grandies.co.uk.  Same if you need any help or have any concerns.  Because we personalise and pack hampers as soon as we can, please let us know at least 5 working days in advance of your direct debit due date to avoid being charged.

  2. Our boxes are a fixed price unless you have a promotional code - please remember that we are a small business so use promotional codes with love.

  3. If you ever have a problem, please get in touch via email. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

  4. By joining Grandies, you recognise that you are signing up for a subscription product and we will continue to bill you until you let us know that you wish to cancel.

  5. As we include different items each month, we cannot guarantee that they will be to your loved one's taste - but we do our very best! Unfortunately, for the same reason, we cannot accept returns.  In the unlikely event that your loved one does not adore their hamper, please let us know as we're always keen to improve and if we can't, we'll make it easy for you to cancel.

  6. Payments are taken by direct debit and processed by GoCardless. Payment for the first month will usually be taken around 4 working days after you sign up.  In future months, payments will be taken on or around 2 working days after the monthly anniversary date of your signing up.

  7. At Grandies we have two delivery cycles. If you register and complete your first order by the 15th of the month, your hamper will be shipped around the 28th of the month. If you register and complete your first order between the 16th and the end of the month, your hamper will be shipped around the 10th of the following month.  You must always upload personalisation elements (letter and photographs) by: 20th of the month for hampers to be shipped on the 28thor 4th of the month for hampers to be shipped on the 10th.

  8. We tend to deliver via Royal Mail and can only deliver to the UK. If there's no one home when delivery is attempted, please ensure that redelivery or collection is arranged ASAP due to the perishable nature of products - and please don't allow them to be returned to sender!​​​​​​  For obvious reasons, please keep your delivery address up to date.

  9. If you do not receive your hamper, please let us know as soon as possible. If your local postal delivery service is more unreliable than most, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

  10. Our hampers are offered in 3 sizes; Mini, Midi and Grandies which reflect the number of items included.  The actual size of hamper shipped will be dependent on the dimensions of items included in any particular month. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only.

  11. Please don’t misuse our website by introducing viruses or harmful code.  Similarly, please don't upload personalisation content which is inappropriate or offensive (or of course, illegal) - we will not send anything which we deem to contravene this request.

  12. Please respect us by not republishing, editing or modifying any material on the website or site content.

  14. Please do not provide us with any feedback that you consider to be confidential or proprietary. We love to share the feedback we receive!
